SOGO The Twins
The Twins, Kai Tak is home to the new flagship SOGO, the city’s largest Japanese-style department store. Situated in Tower I, our site features a long escalator that connects a striking triple-height atrium on the 10th floor to the Restaurant Park on the 12th floor. The design aims to transform this area into an immersive experience that transports visitors from the typical department store environment to an Engawa-inspired setting, inviting them to navigate through a space that evokes the impression of being inside a lantern. Adjacent to the atrium is TT SITE, a 25,000 sq ft multipurpose and exhibition space that we have also designed and is currently under construction.

Skywalk at The New Delhi Railway Station
New Delhi Railway Station is a major transportation node with approximate average foot fall of 450,000 people daily. The Airport Express line and the Yellow line of the Delhi Metro also have a subterranean underground station at the Ajmeri Gate side in-between the railway station and the Parking building . On the surface there is the Bhav Bhuti Marg and the drop off Zone of the Railway station.

Simple and robust Paris Metro Line reaches great depths with an impressive structural concept
Located at the base of the Paris judicial tribunals, the new Porte de Clichy station by AZC Atelier Zündel Cristea and ARCHITRAM is part of the northern extension of Metro Line 14. Relatively bare, the station is emblematic of the extension project as a whole with its great main spaces organised and designed according to rational principles of simplicity and robustness. It is one of four new stations covering 5.8 km of tunnel tracks and serving approximately 96,000 additional inhabitants.

The first quadrant of OMA’s KaDeWe Masterplan in Berlin opens
Featuring a concentric void spanning six floors with wood-clad escalators crisscrossing throughout, OMA’s first quadrant of the masterplan for the Kaufhaus Des Westens (KaDeWe) is now complete.

Since its inception in 1907, KaDeWe has set the standard in Europe for department store customer service. In addition, its exceptional 90,000 square meter size distinguishes it as the largest building of its kind on the continent. The OMA-led renovation and masterplan project for KaDeWe seeks out an alternative to the conventional retail model, one that redefines connections between store, customer and the built environment.
