Choique House
Choique House is situated in a residential area of small lots bordering the golf course in Cariló city. A restrictive building code together with the demands set in the program, led to a project that optimizes not only the constructed area but also the virtual volume.

The steep slope in the lot fosters an access at an intermediate level allowing the three floors to fully open to the rear, blurring the boundary between the property and the expanse of the golf court. In order to fulfil the program requirements, the dwelling closes to the south, opening the bedrooms to the morning sun and boosting the expansions placed to the north and west.

Basque Pavilion
A building at the back of an existing house and the re-functionalization of the own dwelling were the main issues of this project. Some basic operations define the search for a connection between the original building and the new one. A growing family, a change of uses and a fondness for gastronomy define the new program. The social area of the original house is projected by modifying the kitchen, storage and counter areas and secluding the play area in the interior. A small addition is used as a link between the pre-existing and the new in a search for a common language that does not look for adaptation or reproduction.

Rincon House
Part of a wholeRincon House is the first of a group of rental houses located near the beaches of Ostende, a historical coastal town which used to experience a time of great splendour. The town gradually lost its condition of vacation city to the neighbouring cities of Pinamar, Valeria del Mar and Cariló. Ostende thus turned into the city with the largest permanent living population –mostly, working class- of the County. Casa AYYA
A flat lot located in a gated community in Pinamar opens as a fan from east to west, from the front –street- to the rear façade. Some young pines act as a gentle filter between the lot, the neighbors and the fields of General Madariaga –at the other side of Provincial Route 11. These comprised the first project data for a vacation home which would offer ample spaces to gather and converse bearing in mind that, on vacations, spaces are used more placidly, the senses are awake and the contemplation of the surroundings becomes a rewarding experience.
