The Creativo model in warm shade and slightly iridescent of Bianco Conchiglia, covers the lower floor and the high volumes that develop vertically from it to support the large terrace. The Creativo model is laid dry in a mix of large and small elements, in the same proportions. Even though the jagged surface of stones, the overall texture results to be homogeneous and linear, capable of enhancing politely the minimalist style of the house. More

The site is a hide away, embraced by the Aravali Range with its greenery punctuated by quarried Rock, Kota village and the ITC golf course.The client being a golf enthusiast and having farming as a hobby, desired to use the place as a weekend getaway from his city life. Client’s brief was to create a farmhouse which would merge with its surroundings. Finishes were to have minimum required maintenance as the place would be used only once in a week. The building that was designed by Tel-Aviv based Golany Architects serves people who experience disabilities. Therefore, providing accessibility was essential and indispensable. Accordingly, strict measures were employed, in order to cater for people with special needs, including wheelchair users. Inclusive design approach was implemented, so as to create an environment suiting all.
