The Central Building, designed by Danilo Dangubic Architects in Pancevo, represents a bold approach to multi-family residential architecture compared to the current production. On one hand, it demonstrates a careful and responsible attitude towards the microenvironment of the city block and contributes significantly to the city’s identity. The small island is located in Waterland in North Holland and is a paradise for birds and native plant species. On the edge of the island is a completely wooden summer residence, sensitively fitted into this context. The birds rule it, occasionally disturbed by human visitors, a family fleeing the city bustle. Jasper Vos The house is integrated on the edge of the island, next to the jetty to maintain the existing trees and plants. This also leaves the rest of the island alone for permanent birds. The fire station north is located in linz-urfahr. The operational building from the 1970s met in functional and thermal terms not the requirements and standards of modern fire stations. Since the basic substance of the building was ok, a functional renovation and extension of the existing fire station was decided. The design combines clear and efficient functionality with an architectural language appropriate to the construction task.   The aim of the renovation was to give the building a completely new identity while retaining large parts of the supporting and façade structure. Nicolli was responsible for the design and the installation of the exteriors, as well as many internal elements of the Interspar shopping centre. The large façade at a tilted angle, with arching horizontal covers and vertical seals, and fully padded with glass panels, is the perfect backdrop for the entrance porch, made of red painted aluminium like the frame of the whole building, and for the rounded sun breaker arches of the south side, also made of aluminium.
