Graphite Residence
Completed in 2023 in the Istra District of the Moscow Region, Graphite is a 516 m² private residence where the exposed Fachwerk frame defines the architecture. Glued laminated timber posts and beams form a precise grid for panoramic glazing, while structural steel connections are concealed within the timber elements to preserve the clarity of the construction.

Privathaus Modernisierung – für Planbauwerk
A two-storey private home — the architects at Planbauwerk had developed a well-considered concept for a comprehensive modernisation. The challenge: the clients were unable to visualise the spatial qualities from the 2D drawings alone.
