Family Apartment with an Artistic Mood
The project by AIYA Bureau explores how colour and material can structure spatial experience. Rather than relying on decorative layering, the interior is conceived as a sequence of calibrated atmospheres, where deep plum, terracotta, and muted gold tones define perception, depth, and rhythm. Furniture, surfaces, and bespoke elements are integrated into this system, forming a cohesive environment shaped by proportion, tactility, and controlled contrast.

With the client's architectural background and a clear vision for clean lines and simplicity, the TOD team embraced a Scandinavian approach. By using natural materials and... More

During the renovation, some mishaps in the MEP installations have occurred, which is normal for apartment renovations, especially as the property had never undergone renovations. It was a completely original apartment.
