With the opening of the Danbury, CT location, Shake Shack is ready to show the world its Next Gen restaurant design.

When approaching the Next Gen design, Shake Shack wanted to transform their stores' look and feel, bringing a light and chic interior atmosphere for visiting patrons. Bergmeyer worked closely with CM&B throughout the design process for Danbury’s ground-up store. Our approach included reducing construction costs when able and incorporating sustainability into the design process.

MIYA | Fast Casual Oriental Restaurant
Miya is a fast casual restaurant located in the historic center of Florence, a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station, specializing in oriental cuisine.
Characterized by a fresh image and energetic colors, it draws the attention of the locals and travelers who frequent the street that connects the station to the Central Market of San Lorenzo.
We have taken some typical elements of oriental restaurants (such as the use of ceramic coating, wood, bamboo, hanging lamps, vertical signs), rereading them in a contemporary key, with a captivating and impacting color palette, far from stereotypes.

sweetgreen
Sweetgreen is a fast casual chain restaurant. Always committed to the environment, both CORE and Greens Restaurant Group, looked for ways to reuse materials, reduce chemicals, and reduce electricity use. Maintaining the same clean palette and simple lines of the original location in Georgetown, the new locations use salvaged hickory for the walls and millwork reclaimed from local barns. Wood recycled from old bowling alleys is used for the tables and chairs. The new eco-eateries are substantially larger than the original Georgetown store, known for its 1,500 sf footprint.
