As part of the realignment of its marketing strategy the company set the course for a spatial redesign and the development of its own New Work Culture at its central location in Hamburg. The goal was to move toward hybrid working and to promote flexibility as well as communication and collaboration between employees and departments.

Google Bederstrasse, Zurich
The Google brand is known for its creative, pioneering management style. This manifests itself in highly innovative office design: the aim was to conceive the most creative, flexible and thereby adaptable working environments possible for diverse employee needs. The task included the furnishing of around 300 workplaces and meeting rooms of various sizes, a number of break and quiet areas and a spacious restaurant. An adjoining terrace and garden space extend the facilities outwards with various recreational and relaxation areas.
