An old 1950s factory in the heart of Naples' Ottaviano district is transformed into a butcher's shop and sandwich bar thanks to the passion and determination of the Bifulco family, butchers for 4 generations. The Bifulco Exclusive project by architect Michele Piccolo is a huge complex on two levels of 300 m2 each, in addition to a rooftop terrace above. The ground floor houses the butcher's store, designed with all the connotations of a jewellery outlet and clearly inspired by the meat boutiques found in northern Europe, with a gourmet sandwich bar above it on the first floor.
