With Brazilian roots but Italian wisdom, Saborella has been a reference since 1995 in the capital, serving high-quality artisanal ice creams. In 2014, the company approached the office to design its second store, now within a major shopping center in Brasília.

Magnum Cafe Paris
The Café Magnum opened in the Marais neighbourhood in Paris (4th arrondissement) from May 30 to June 24/2012. Here, the public can create their own recipes, name them and share them on Facebook.

The surface area is over 150 m2 and will surround a central bar.A lounge space offers armchairs and lounge chairs, allowing the less hurried to sample their creations, but also to discover the exclusive menu, created for the occasion around products by the brand. Following our design, Magnum develops numerous shops all over the world.

The interior was designed to feel simplicity and crafted environment within the space to reflect their ethos that all the gelato is made in the kitchen on site using natural, organic ingredients, which is all visible to customers in the shop.

The floor was striped to the original bear concrete. Cypress timber was used throughout that is native to central japan, some of the furniture is made of reclaimed wood in mind with sustainability and reduce carbon foot print.
