The interior was designed to feel simplicity and crafted environment within the space to reflect their ethos that all the gelato is made in the kitchen on site using natural, organic ingredients, which is all visible to customers in the shop.
The floor was striped to the original bear concrete. Cypress timber was used throughout that is native to central japan, some of the furniture is made of reclaimed wood in mind with sustainability and reduce carbon foot print.
Muzo worked from the store start up on the concept, interior/exterior design and branding of their first gelateria.
