La Birreria
La Birreria, the 15 th floor rooftop bar and restaurant utop Eataly’s Flatiron location, is a dynamic space designed by TPG Architecture. The concept for La Birreria evokes a 1920s industrial brewery, with brass drum-cymbal inspired light fixtures leading you towards the skyline and copper clad brewing vats set against black subway tiling. Each design element –– from the ground floor entry and themed elevators, to the ascending staircase and the restaurant’s hostess stand –– all reflect the industrial scheme.The 22-seat bar is topped with white Carrara marble and the tables are made with salvaged wood. Following the opening of Moxy Times Square, Rockwell Group is designing the amenities at Moxy Chelsea. The hotel’srestaurant, lounge, and rooftophave been conceived as places of discovery, surprise, and rejuvenation—Frances Hodgson Burnett’s “The Secret Garden” meets Milan’s Villa NecchiCampiglio. Tucked into the bustle of Manhattan’s historic Flower District, guests encounter a botanically inspired design and crafted romance seen through a thoroughly modern lens.

Focus Film Theatre
The new Focus Filmtheater houses five cinemas with about 400 seats. The building is located on Kerkplein in Arnhem, right beside the prominent Eusebius Church. New alleywayWith a spectacular design that preserves the view on the old Eusebius church, DP6 architectuurstudio won the design competition of the Focus Film Theatre in Arnhem (The Netherlands) in 2016. Before the war, buildings filled the space around the church, and the site of the new film theatre there was occupied by a narrow street called Torensteeg. DP6 recreated the historical Torensteeg as a structuring element in the new building. This ‘New Torensteeg’, which slices the building in two, preserves views of the Eusebius Church. Berlin Central Station
On the site of the historic Lehrter Bahnhof Europe’s largest station is presently under construction: This is where an east-west and a north-south InterCityExpress railway line intersect, combined with suburban and underground railway lines. The north-south track runs in a tunnel 15 m below ground level, passing below the Spree and the Tiergarten. The east-west track is located 10 m above street level.
The central design principle of the Lehrter Bahnhof is the prominent emphasis of the existing railway tracks in the urban landscape.
