Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Dutch headquarters in Amsterdam. In addition to the 1st and 2nd floor they also acquired the 19th and 20th floor of the UN Studio on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. As we previously designed the first two floors we were now invited to create a contemporary interior for the two top floors. Starting point was -where possible- maintain and reuse the existing lay out and materials so all floors breathe the same Cushman & Wakefield sphere.The 20th floor is labeled as a social hotspot, a multifunctional work-café.
