Dong Thu House
Dong Thu House is located in Dien Bien City, a city in the mountainous province of Northwest Vietnam with a relatively harsh climate - very cold in winter and hot in summer. The house is built with 3 floors on a 100m2 plot of land. From ensuring necessary functions and creating communal spaces to enhance connectivity for a three-generation family, to meeting the privacy needs of each individual.

Living wall Maaswaard Venlo
A stunning building stands out on the skyline of the Maaswaard neighbourhood in Venlo. The residential complex of 95 self-contained apartments is the city’s first circular residential building. The green facade is planted with seven different species of greenery across an area of 97m2 using Mobilane’s patented MobiPanel system.
Kraaijvanger Architects from Rotterdam designed the complex in partnership with developers B-Right Urbanliving and Janssen de Jong and construction contractors Janssen de Jong bouw zuid. LIKO-S, the leading production and construction family company from the Czech Republic, inaugurated the world's first living hall - LIKO-Vo on June 18, 2019. The grand opening ocurred under the auspices of the Minister of the Environment and was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister Karel Havlíček. Municipal office Venlo
The design of the municipal offices in Venlo was inspired by the ‘cradle to cradle’ principle. The result is a healthy working environment, combined with sustainable innovation. All the raw materials and parts used have a ‘passport’, detailing their production and origin. The building is therefore in essence a huge raw-materials databank. When a service or product reaches the end of its useful life, these materials can easily be retrieved for high-grade reuse.
