RD Apartment
In this 300m² apartment, home to a couple and their two dogs, the NJ+ created a cozy space filled with subtle details. Located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, the project blends different wood tones with a vibrant green in the kitchen — the heart of the home. This striking hue, featured in both the cabinetry and countertop, transforms the space into a truly sensory experience.

Espresso Alchemy café by Metagram visually connects two disjointed but adjacent spaces by inserting vividly coloured architectural forms
Located in Hong Kong’s Harbour City Mall, the design of the Espresso Alchemy café by Metagram visually connects two disjointed but adjacent spaces by inserting vividly coloured architectural forms.
Metagram
The first of the two spaces was previously narrow and oddly shaped, and visually open to the common mall area. Although providing good visibility, there was little privacy. Adjacent to his, the second space was illuminated with cool blue 4500K lighting and was highly exposed to an underpass traffic route. Both spaces were considered less than ideal for a food and beverage establishment.

Metagram sought to resolve two main issues with the existing fabric by unifying the two space... More
Wine bar TEN10
The prominent position of the bar in Pirgos, Greece, benefits from focused perspective views over the central town square, and its good orientation allows the use of natural light; this context, and the owners’ desire for clear, singular lines in the interior, provided the framework for the design elaboration.

The layout places the bar and the cellar in the middle of the composition, creating a memorable identity. The monolithic bar bench, made of natural stone in emerald color, and its framing by the wooden cellar, designed to be organically integrated into the space, is combined with the distinctive metal roof that mirrors natural light, entering the space through clerestory windows during the day.

At the entrance, a full-height wall system becomes both a wardrobe and a storage unit for a small kitchen with invisible doors that reveal or hide the kitchen. A mirror wall expands the space and hides the bathroom.

Everything revolves around sand and green colors: an intense and courageous green that penetrates into the house through the terrace and creates visual and chromatic continuity between inside and outside.

Renovation of aspacious duplex, located in the heart of the historic center of Milan.
On the lower floor, living room, kitchen and study are designed as spaces in sequence delimited by full-height glass partitions, which, once opened, leave the perimeter wall free, creating suggestive perspectives that embrace the space in its entirety.
Particularly important are the custom-made furnishings. The kitchen on this level is in fact custom designed and conceived as a standalone piece of furniture, extremely functional in a minimal operating space. Moreover, one side of the living room is bordered by a wooden bench, covered with black marble slabs, which is taken up by the stair treads, and which acts as a support base for a storage unit that hou... Rockley Gardens
Located in the heart of South Yarra, Rockley Gardens navigates nature and the built environment.
Sitting adjacent to parklands, Rockley Gardens enters a dialogue with the lush landscape next door, becoming part of the building itself.
The park-facing facade turns the garden into a vertical plane. A series of angled mirrors set above and beneath planter boxes reinforces the vegetation, reflecting the park beyond to play with relativity, perception and position.
An infinite image of green space encircles the architecture. Reflective glazing offers privacy to residents while binding Rockley Gardens’ parklands and building as one.
