Caption Russell and Dawson provided architecture design services and engineered a 64,000 sq. ft. space for the construction of a new hotel with a project value of $ 15 million. We provided design-build services including Architectural, Structural, and MEP Design Services, Construction Administration, and Closeout. Russell and Dawson was also a general contractor for this project. The hotel is located off Highway 12 amid Key Road Plaza retailers and casual dining.
