Borgos Pieper were commissioned to design a mixed-use regeneration project in Berlin´s Mitte District. The 1300m2 development sensitively recovered the historic building fabric of the 18th century building with a south facing courtyard and side wing. Four commercial units are at the base of the block which also houses 14  apartments over five storeys. Mark Seelen - AD The street front building retains vaulted basement spaces as well as a new build wing. Each apartment is unique and has been carefully recovered to show its historic brick fabric and original proportions.
