The current Clair Joie young workers' residence is now outdated. The renovation program includes a complete restructuring of the accommodations, with the repurposing of the space previously used as a cafeteria. All three buildings that make up the residence are being entirely redesigned, both architecturally and technically. Taking advantage of this renovation project, the buildings will also be upgraded from an environmental perspective. DPA Architects were engaged to undertake seismic strengthening and restoration of the Hawke’s Bay Opera House opened in 1915 and one of the few remaining theatres to have been designed by renowned architect Henry Eli White. The façade is one of the country’s earliest examples of Spanish Mission style, while the lavish interiors, with their elaborate plaster decoration and coloured leadlight windows, are considered to be an important example of Art Nouveau. Friscanzana house is a country mansion harmoniously placed in the network of  stone walls and typical paths in the countryside surrounding the Sicilian town of Ragusa. Reconstruction of the Drechsler Palace, creation of the W Budapest Hotel The reconstruction of one of Budapest's emblematic buildings, the Drechsler Palace, designed by Ödön Lechner, has been completed. The former luxury tenement building with a checkered past has opened its doors after almost twenty years as part of the W hotel chain.
