Located within Coppermaker Square, a build-to-rent residential development in Stratford, London, Conductor reinterprets the contemporary workplace as a restorative environment within a dense urban context. Designed by Studio Multi for International Workplace Group (IWG), the flexible workspace accommodates private offices, meeting rooms, collaborative areas, touchdown spaces, and a café within a setting that prioritises wellbeing, adaptability, and long-term usability. Office space designed to get people moving.  When Peloton hired Corgan in the beginning of 2020, the project was a simple expansion adjacent to their current facility in Plano. But as the pandemic took hold and gyms and other fitness studios began to close, Peloton experienced a countereffect and orders for their bikes soared. What started out as a 60,000-square-foot project rapidly spun into a 100,000-square-foot project with expanded scope.
