VILLA HESAR
Hesar Villa is situated in one of the best-weather mountainous regions in Mashhad; one of the particular specifications of the site is its stretch from the top of the peak to the foot of the river with more than 20m altitude difference so that it enjoys a temperature difference for 4°C approximately. During the design process, the experience of transferring the central yard to a mountainous area was considered by the designers' team due to creating an introspective space and with the intended privacy of the operator as well.

Situated along Jalan Tun Dr Awang, Bayan Baru in Penang, Ideal Vision office is a picture of chic vibrant industrial office design that provides its workers with all the much-needed features and comforts for the ideal work environment while at the same time aims to build a community of inspiring individuals.
A tight and constraint site with high ceiling has turned into a functional and comfortable working space which contains seven space requirements required by our client. Within the space, we were tasked to put up seven areas inside. The high ceiling is an advantage to merge everything into this.
