It all starts from an image that resides in memory: Torri (Towers), as the memory of a travel guided by the ancient watchtowers dotting the Salento coastline (Apulia region).These marvellous architectures between land and sea, with their characteristic iconic shape, continue to win us over with their mysterious and ascetic presence layered with history.
The matter
Traditionally, Salento watchtowers are made of Lecce stone, a local material that strongly characterizes the architectural landscape of this land kissed by the sun and the sea. The sunlight envelops and makes the stone of the towers shine, enhancing the linear beauty springing from their very formal simplicity.

There is always nostalgia, remember the origin of our thought, an illumination.
In this case and also this time , the memory of childhood is under the magnifying glass of Vito Nesta .
It begins with looking in the mirror with your hands , comb and scissors ready to dive on our head , and the eye falls there on that brush, the tuft of hair held together by steel gray ( or silver) .
The light , which is crucial , is the centerpiece of this reflection. Crashing into a normally inanimate object , full and dark.
Here, in the light of memories, born in a completely different from the original , Sbarbino , a lamp shaped design and a shaving brush .
