Located in Hyderabad, this three-storeyed, 5,000-square-foot villa designed by Mounika Kodali of Beyond Spaces Design Studio is a vibrant contemporary haven that celebrates color, art, and modern living. The open layout of the ground floor seamlessly connects the drawing room, kitchen, and dining area, fostering a sense of togetherness and ease. Each floor of the villa offers a unique experience, from the welcoming living and guest bedroom on the ground floor to the private sanctuaries on the first floor and the entertainment hub on the second floor. In the heart of Gujarat's warm, arid climate near Karjan, Vadodara, The Continuum House seamlessly blends heritage preservation and contemporary adaptation within the village landscape. It pays tribute to ancestral legacy while meeting present-day living requirements, utilizing lime and traditional building methods to maintain a naturally cool interior.

Hooda House
The Private residence is constructed on a corner plot facing North west (front) and South west (side) . The house beautifully addresses the context, while covering a total area of over 7500 sq feet ,including Basement, Stilt and 3 floors above. While the main residence is located on 1st and 2nd floor connected by a double height living room, facing the side open green, blade walls run along with the double height window and stops the harsh west side sun. The 3rd floor accommodated 2 guest room with private living and a pantry.
