2 in 1 roof window GGLS is centre-pivoted and has two sashes, a fixed and an openable, in one frame. The fixed sash can be recognized by the position of the "K"  in the size code. See the window from the inside and read the size code from left to right. The "K" is placed after the fixed sash, for instance, the code FPK08 indicates that sash P on the right-hand side is fixed and sash F on the left-hand side is openable. The openable sash are operated with a full-width control bar on the ventilation flap of the top sash. The ventilation flap allows fresh air to enter the room through a dust and insect filter. Hasletre

HasleTre is situated at the outer edge of the central city of Oslo, Norway. The design brief was to develop an environmentally friendly, flexible, and innovative commercial building, using elements that are possible to disassemble and reuse. The project has a substantial reduction in overall GHG emissions (59%) and is certified to BREEAM NOR Excellent standard.  Einar Aslaksen Einar Aslaksen HasleTre is a 3000m2 office building over 5 floors including basement and roof-terraces. Municipal office Venlo

The design of the municipal offices in Venlo was inspired by the ‘cradle to cradle’ principle. The result is a healthy working environment, combined with sustainable innovation. All the raw materials and parts used have a ‘passport’, detailing their production and origin. The building is therefore in essence a huge raw-materials databank. When a service or product reaches the end of its useful life, these materials can easily be retrieved for high-grade reuse.
