Integra's climate ceilings provide the right climate in many types of buildings. The water-filled ceiling elements (meanders) ensure efficient cooling or heating of the rooms. To provide a modern and visually attractive ceiling the meanders are often combined with an Integra metal, wood or felt suspended ceiling system.
With over 20 years of experience Integra provides a large selection of meanders each having its own cooling and heating characteristics. There are climate ceilings with copper or more cost-effective plastic pipes. Integra also supplies hybrid climate ceiling systems that provide an efficient heat storage in Phase Change Materials (PCM). Also meander panels can be equipped with air ventilation systems or be combined with Integra LED-lighting fixtures.
All our systems are produced in our own factories. This allows us to respond quickly to project requirements. The engineering and installation are also carried out by Integra, which provides our clients with a turnkey solution.
Application and operation
Our climate ceiling systems are widely used in offices, hospitals, hotels. But also for example schools, where the systems ensure a stable and pleasant indoor climate. The ceilings are suitable for both cooling and heating spaces. The cooling process is based on the rising of warm air in the spaces, whereby the water-cooled panels provide cooling by means of radiation. By letting hot water flow through the panels, a space can be heated. The energy exchange then mainly takes place on the basis of radiation. Because no additional airflow is introduced, this is a very comfortable way of heating.
Finishing the ceiling - metal, wood or felt
On the room side, the meanders can be finished with an Integra metal, wood or felt ceiling system. With a wide choice in designs and materials, there is always a finish that matches the desired appearance for your building space. As an option metal ceiling panels can be perforated for additional ventilation but also open linear or baffle ceilings panels can be used.
LED-lighting
Integra has its own range of LED lighting fixtures and LED spots which can easily be integrated into the ceilings providing you with a complete ceiling and lighting solution.
