Minu Athens is located inside an old neoclassical building in the center of Monastiraki. Its design synthesis is a blend of volumes with sharp materialities, dynamically introduced to a rough cell. Plants, furnishing and architecture interact in the entirety of the place, offering distinct qualities in each corner. A project made for a new hair salon for Studio Chmielewski. The client requested for his new location within his brief for seven cutting-stations, three washing-stations, a hair dye mixing station, a reception and waiting room, plus a social area. Agata Gromada The project can be seen as a three-dimensional painting which occupied the room with a slanted ceiling, which at its highest point reached a height of 4,5 meters.
