Norikool
Norikool® by Skyshade is an advanced rooftop daylighting skylight system designed to bring natural sunlight into industrial and commercial buildings while reducing dependence on artificial lighting. Installed on metal roofs or RCC roofs, the system distributes uniform natural light across large indoor spaces such as factories, warehouses, and commercial facilities.
Norikool uses UV-resistant double or triple glazed prismatic lenses that allow sunlight to enter the building while minimizing glare, heat gain, and uneven light distribution. This creates a brighter and more comfortable indoor environment while supporting energy-efficient building design. More

Shanghai Lingang Nano Park
Lingang Nano Park is an exploration of future workplace concepts, aiming to create a modern working environment in line with the development of high-end manufacturing. This project integrates the rigor of mechanical precision and the rigor of logic into the architectural design, and is committed to establishing a harmonious and interactive relationship between buildings, equipment, and people. The project is located in the Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone of Lingang New Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, bordering Canghai Road to the south, Jiangshan Road to the north, and Yunshui Road to the west. The adjacent land around the base is mainly for established industrial parks such as semiconductor, logistics and equipment.

Eulalia by BURR Studio forms part of a developing strategy to protect Madrid’s industrial heritage
Over the last 30 years, industrial activity in the centre of Madrid has gradually increased as a result of rising property values, noise/environmental protection measures, and various planning regulations that encouraged the property owners to change their land use from industrial to residential. As a result, industrial buildings within the urban fabric are now at risk of extinction, leaving the city reduced to a single use and the disappearance of this typology.
