30 years old townhouse within an alleyway
After discussion with owner we decided to use grey as base for outside appearance.
Then we used southern pine wood texture to create warm feel balanced out the cold feel from grey scheme tiles done in cross pattern for vitality in front yard.
Brushed porcelain tiles for scratch resistant and low liquid absorption ensuring cleanliness and wet days safety.

The Cali Industrial
“The Cali Industrial” is a clash of urban modernism and industrial breath.
Located in the Northern part of California, the house is designed to stand out, while colliding with the climate & environment of the area.
It seems like the house has absorbed the ocean breeze and the fir-needle to offer such a fresh blend. It is distinctive, a little bit wild, yet capable of creating desires of owning it in a glimpse of a second.
The key idea of the concept has been - and is - to achieve a symphony with the surrounding nature. Burrow
A large space to be enhanced, a modern tavern that converts into a leisurable spot for relaxing and conviviality moments.The different areas are elements that evoke continuity instead of division. From the entrance you can enjoy the light that shines through the two large windows to give an initial glimpse of the room where the exotic wallpaper canvasses the walls of the access area. The protagonist of the central space is the solid wood table, accentuated by the suspended lamps, emphasizing its essential role in moments of sharing. The corner kitchen is the perfect background and with its clay brick wall it warms up the room in perfect harmony along with gres in aged wood design flooring.
