The new buildings mediate between the orthogonal building structure in the garden city-like neighbourhood and the sloping course of the street. The spatial constellation is supported by the daylight guidance and visual axes, while the ensemble character is strengthened by the specific volume design and homogeneous materiality of the two buildings (infra-lightweight concrete for all exterior walls).
