Structural installation of MatriceMater on three levels, curated by Rosanna Accordino, represented by Galleria L2Arte in Pavia (Roberto Dominelli, Ciro Palmese) and hosted as a special project for the 20th edition of Paratissima _ Follow The Flow in the Snos offices in Turin. A path of growth that brings with it transformations of the Matrix both in its articulation and expansion in the space that hosts it, and in its form and color. Giacopello Rooftop
The project is part of an intervention made by more than 20 designers, architects and landscapers at the Giacopello House, a XIXth century house in the City of Puebla, Mexico. The space assigned to us was the rooftop, an “empty” space, where the only presence was the rear of the attic. Formed by three timber vaults shipped directly from France in the XIXth century, this space decorates the upper part of the facade on the front and was used for service and storage. The pavilion is a re-interpretation (conceptual abstraction) of these old architectural elements as a Roof Garden. It gives the rooftop a new use as an extension of the house. ONE KEARNY LOBBY / Lightfold, San Francisco, CA
Lightfold is a lobby design for the new One Kearny commercial development in the heart of downtown San Francisco’s Gallery District, adjacent to the museums of the Yerba Buena Arts District. The project is conceived and funded as architecture as public art, and constitutes the ‘percent for art’ requirement for the building as an integral piece of the architecture.
