Our latest project for one of Shanghai's best bakeries, Luneurs. This tree-lined spot in the former French Concession was destined for a lively community hangout. The brushed stainless steel and white marble countertops highlight the production focus of this bakery. Balancing this are softer natural finishes and textures of wood and brick providing a link to the artisanal history of the bakery. Walnut window frames and a large product window to the exterior invite in the passerby. Project execution of a 110 sqm apartment in the center of Albano Laziale (Roma).The starting point of the project was to eliminate the original walls of the apartment to increase light and to combine together the Kitchen, Laundry, and Bathrooms in a center module away from the sleeping area to maximize the space.The furnishings elements is focused on a vintage & contemporary mix that brings to life and vibrates in the brightness of new spaces thanks to the collaboration of “Oh My Lab” showroom. The new “Event Space” at the São Paulo Google Office, in Brazil, has a program configured basically by a foyer, an auditorium and a multipurpose room, organized in a linear sequence within a lofty double-height space located on the top floor of the iconic Patio Malzoni building at Avenue Faria Lima. Once the space, in plan, is inevitably divided by the requirements of the program and back of house areas, the ceiling takes on a scenographic leading role, establishing spatial and conceptual continuity. The song “Sampa” (by Caetano Veloso), a tribute the city of São Paulo, is used as input information for the parametric design of the ceiling. THIS STREET, COMPRISES AN ATTACHED ROW OF FIVE VICTORIAN BRICK SINGLE STOREY HOUSES.THE ORIGINAL FRONT PART OF OUR CLIENT’S HOUSE CONSISTS OF A CORRIDOR ON THE NORTHERN SIDE WITH ACCESS TO THE TWO BEDROOMS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. Admun studio was commissioned to design Tiraje 2 cinema lobby, the first branch of Boshra cinema complexes which is located on the food court’s floor of this well-known shopping center, while it was inconspicuous in the background due to inaccuracy in its entrance design contributed to the fact that most customers of the shopping center were unaware of the existence of the cinema complex. Before renovation, the lobby consisted of two surfaces with an approximate two-meter difference in height connected by stairs, in other words, two inactive spaces and an access path.Since, cinema is essentially cinematic, it is not compatible with inactivity.
