An industrial client approached us with the challenge of relocating their administrative operations to a new corporate headquarters — a move that would mark a new stage for the company. They were looking for more than just a change of location; they wanted to transform the way their team experiences daily life at the office.

Amid this bustling metropolis lies the newly reimagined Captain George Flavor Museum, founded by PENG Jinyang, known as Captain George, the champion of the 2025 World Coffee Roasting Championship (WCRC). Celebrated for his mastery of roasting, access to premium green bean supply chains, and competition-grade quality, Captain George has garnered deep respect from industry insiders and passionate coffee aficionados alike.

Located in the Condesa neighborhood, this apartment belongs to a young couple with an active social life who approached us with the request to reconfigure their social area. The initial assessment revealed a narrow, enclosed kitchen that disrupted the flow of the public space within the home.
With the understanding that the kitchen often becomes the heart of gatherings and social events, we proposed a layout centered around a large table that serves both as a food preparation area and a communal hub. This move redefined the kitchen as an open, versatile, and welcoming space.
