An industrial client approached us with the challenge of relocating their administrative operations to a new corporate headquarters — a move that would mark a new stage for the company. They were looking for more than just a change of location; they wanted to transform the way their team experiences daily life at the office.
We accompanied them from the earliest decisions regarding space distribution and interior conceptualization, with a very specific goal: to create an environment that offers the efficiency of a corporate workspace while evoking the warmth and comfort of working from home.
Formally, the curved geometries express fluidity, but they also allude to the spatial qualities of a single-family home, creating a domestic interpretation of the space without falling into scenography. The experience is enriched with olive-green accents, directly evoking the feeling of looking out into a garden from inside a home. To reinforce this idea, low planters were placed near the façade, allowing real vegetation to grow within the workspace.
The organization revolves around a central space, where the executives are located — considered the driving force of the company. This open area, with minimal partitions, encourages the free exchange of ideas. However, the layout also includes a high-concentration zone and meeting rooms for both informal sessions among team members and presentations with external visitors.
Managers’ private offices are positioned along the partition separating building tenants, while the directives’ area occupies the main longitudinal façade.
The complementary program includes a lunch station and kitchenette for employees, storage and printing areas, as well as spaces for resetting and informal interaction among colleagues.
In conclusion, the result was a proposal that balances functionality and well-being — a workspace where every area promotes collaboration, but above all, a human connection and a sense of belonging to a greater team.
