Em um terreno amplo e muito bem escolhido por essa bela família, a solicitação inicial e de principal importância para o projeto foi a de maximizar as áreas abertas e privilegiar o verde.

A casa deveria ser projetada para o jovem casal, seus dois filhos, além de acomodar hospedes amigos e familiares. Com a forte tendencia do home office, nos foi solicitado também um escritório amplo, onde pudessem trabalhar e acomodar os seus livros.
Esportistas, nos foi solicitado uma piscina com raia, campo de futebol, quadra de Beach Tennis além de uma academia completa.

ARI7 ITU TEKNOKENT OFFICE
The project area is located in the southern part of ITU Ayazağa Campus, Maslak İstanbul. The land is located in an east-west direction and on the Lake Road. Internal roads and Lake road around the existing land boundaries have been reconstructed and a suitable environmental relation has been established for the building.
Building designed for two different programs and functions. Part 1 is Laboratory for advanced vehicle technologies. Part 2 is rentable office areas for ITU ARITEKNOKENT. The total construction area of the building is 65.000 m2. The total area of office, car park and other social usage areas of Teknokent is 57.000 m2 and 8000 m2 area is designed for mechatronics laboratory units.
