T-BAR - Indoor Green walls
T-bar is born as a tearoom, over the years it has evolved extending the offer to its customers and becoming a "natural fast food" franchise. A concept was required in order to open a new branch in the banking center of Panama, it had to make clear the origin of the franchise and also transmit the new culinary direction. A space where the key elements of the new menu is clearly read in the design, based on healthy food made with natural and fresh products. We chose to use the same material for both walls and flooring in order to evoque the sense of inner courtyards that are so common in the old quarters of Europe.

The McGuire Building at the corner of 10th and Bryant is the new home to GM Cruise, the team of engineers working to build a fleet of self-driving cars for the nation’s largest automaker. GM hopes to use the two-story, 140,000-square-foot space to conduct “small test-run manufacturing,” develop software and test vehicles.1201 Bryant Street is located in the SoMa district. It will be a significant redevelopment, and shows that the San Francisco market is a highly attractive location for innovative companies, consistent with the Production, Distribution & Repair zoning. KUWAIT – THE AVENUES MALL – PHASE 2
The design of much of the mall features organic, flowing shapes and lends itself perfectly to the incorporation of living green wall elements. With high arching ceilings of glass that are pressurized to reduce heat transfer from the temperatures outside, the space allows for some of the most visually spectacular indoor green wall applications. The first Versa Wall installation served as a design launching point to the incorporation of a further three phase follow up. The first Green Wall of this phase is situated around the “Eye of the Avenues” an 18’ high dome of glass fragmented into a set of triangular flat planes to the far end of the impressive Grand Avenue.
