HQ Cordeel
On the site of the former Boelwerf there are currently 4 department buildings of the company Cordeel. These are part of the complete relocation of the company from the Eurolaan to the De Zaat industrial estate. The new headquarter was designed as a valuable, new addition to Cordeel's business premises and provides a view of the entire business site on the one hand and of the centre of Temse and the Scheldt on the other.
The existing dry dock is spanned in width by a steel structure of two double-high trusses with intermediate sleepers. It will be installed on two concrete building volumes that are 73 m apart, and that also contain the entrances to the office, each with two elevators and two staircases.

Unfolding NPAK - Centre for Contemporary Art
Unfolding NPAK – KANTOOR receives Jury-Mention for renovation proposal for the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art.KANTOOR, a Colombian-Dutch architecture studio based in Beijing, proposes an intervention to open up the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art (NPAK). A new building volume wraps around the building and cuts through the site to open up the building to the city and create new public spaces in both interior and exterior. Yerevan has a long history of multiple nationalities, religions and ethnicities residing in the current land of Armenia, all leaving behind a piece of their culture. State Office de Knoop
The Knoopkazerne in the center of Utrecht dates from 1989 and served for decades as headquarters for the Royal Netherlands Army. The building has now been radically transformed into a combined office and meeting center for the national government. Commissioned by the consortium R Creators with Strukton, Ballast Nedam and Facilicom, cepezed produced the architectural design. Fokkema & Partners Architects was involved for the interior design and Rijnboutt for the urban design component.The original complex was characterized by a pronounced multitude of volumes with varying heights and floor dimen- sions as well as meandering façades with a smoke glass sun-blind. Huize Vreeburg
Huize Vreeburg in Rosmalen is a building with a rich history and recognizable located on the corner of a major road
through the village. It has in the past, among other things, served as a post office and in recent years was used as a residence.
Sonder Jansen, an international importer, exporter and producer of frozen fruit and vegetables, acquired the property because of its distinctive appearance and wanted to establish his headquarters here. The villa is fully restored and treated with respect to the austere appearance of the villa.
