Karreveld Castle
The Karreveld Castle transformation project aims to convert this heritage landmark into a dynamic cultural hub, fully integrated into its neighborhood. Located in Molenbeek, where local facilities are lacking, the site is poised to become a key anchor for social and cultural life.
RESERVOIR A
The renovation is based on a contemporary interpretation of heritage, combining conservation with bold, modern design. The core intervention is a new extension to the existing Grange building, featuring a stage oriented toward the park. This double-sided stage enables both indoor and outdoor events. The addition of retractable seating, a balcony, and accessible dressing rooms significantly enhances the venue’s capacity and versatility.

Second Lane Nawala Residence
Situated in a suburban residential area in Nawala, the site setting was ideal for a close-knit family. The overall architectural design of the residence takes a modern yet humble look and feel. Spreading across 3 floor levels, the common living lounge, pantry and dining, home office, and a guest bedroom is designed on the ground floor and family member’s bedrooms with en-suite washrooms on the first. The studio space on the roof top level was exquisitely designed for indoor and outdoor entertainment.

Garden for two house
The project came about from the need to add 12,000 m2 of land composed of a wood of oak trees in a reasonable state, to existing housing in a 4,000 m2 plot, separated until now by a public staircase 4 m wide.
It creates a new low-rise access from the road, which would become the main house entrance, eliminating the existing access made on the high land, 24 m up.
It is important to treat it as a course of recreational character which crosses a large part of the land, interlinked with pedestrian paths and benefiting from the existing spring, turning water into one of the structural elements of the garden.
