Landscpae

The flat is located in the Remedios neighbourhood in Seville. It is a penthouse with a large terrace that is definitely the main feature of the project.  The refurbishment of the dwelling seeks to recover the potential of the space and the natural light, as before the intervention the flat was dark and very partitioned. To achieve this, it was necessary to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection, placing the terrace at the centre of the operation. The predominantly daytime rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) were unified along the main façade.
