Tea outside the box
As time goes by, the rapid growth of urbanization is slowly pushing back the abundant of public spaces, leading to mass disappearance of human-to-human interactions, no longer is the scenery of people having tea breaks while chatting around by the road a common thing to see.

To resolve this problem with a tender approach, Tea-outside-the-box brings to the table a complete opposite style and value of street vendor when compared to others in the field. As a place that customers can drop by to get a drink, while exchanging casual conversation with the provided space - tucked away in the corner of the street, leaving more area for small talks and interactions.

microtel
Microtel is an effort to create a flexible build that allows the user to present their different reading from the space. The spatial organization of the project is based on the dual "visible" and "hidden" and the definition of different uses of the space in this dual is looking for an economic solution to reduce expenses and speed up the process of implementation. At the same time, the project tries to minimize its borders with the city (only one glass facade) and inform it’s user free of uproars, advertise and turbulence the urban walls.
The project has a quiet presence on the urban wall and presents itself to the city only with a brief sign that extends from the roof to cover the installation parts.

Temporary pavilion
This temporary structure was born out of the Noceto municipality desire to improve and innovate the facilities of its annual local traditional town festival through the installation of a café/bar, an exhibition space and a movie screening area. A dismissed refrigerating container previously used as a scrapyard by a local slaughterhouse, a number of wooden pallets and a few boards from abandoned construction sites take new shape through a balanced and contemporary design composition. Recycled apartment in Barcelona
This projects aims to keep the same living feel of the beginning of the XX century in a flat of the Eixample of Barcelona by enhancing the existing features with the least possible amount of intervention.
Even though the property on its own does not have a special heritage value, all the constructive elements have a special attraction on its own, and they all come together in this project, either through preserving, renovating or adapting of those elements to the project.
