The most striking feature of this home are the razor-edge roof profiles and the fact that those roofs swoop both vertically and horizontally. It is really an evolution of modern design. The Jacobs Music Center, home to the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, is now a top-tier venue for concerts, comedy shows, corporate events, film screenings, and more. This nearly 100-year-old hall has been beautifully transformed into a modern performance space while preserving its historic charm. Reopened in September 2024, the hall boasts state-of-the-art digital sound and lighting technology that can accommodate up to 1,823 audience members.
