Adaptive reuse of existing buildings requires synergy and precision. We oversaw the construction supervision for the conversion of a former industrial property into Prunus, a new luxury sushi restaurant. The project was designed by Archemotion Studio. Bekkan by Esina

Located in Arcadia Senayan, South Jakarta, Bekkan by Esina was conceived as the next evolution of an established Japanese restaurant brand. The project challenged conventional expectations of Japanese restaurant interiors by moving away from familiar minimalist aesthetics and instead introducing a sophisticated dialogue between European classical design and Japanese hospitality. Yi Sang is a Chinese fine-dining concept developed for Phnom Penh’s urban professionals, translating cultural heritage into a contemporary dining environment. The project positions the restaurant as a space that supports both high-turnover business lunches and extended dining experiences, balancing operational efficiency with a clear and consistent brand identity.
