Baia Villas
Capturing the relaxed, vibrant spirit of Mandrem, North Goa, Baia is a set of six villas designed to blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor spaces, a contrast typically found in conventional homes. Each villa showcases an identical design, with three bedrooms and private outdoor areas that include a pool, jacuzzi, and small garden, all beneath sloping roofs made of locally sourced tiles. Inspired by the village’s rich Portuguese heritage and laid-back ‘Susegad’ lifestyle, the villas reflect a thoughtful blend of tradition and modern design, creating environments that foster community while offering privacy.

Aann Haus
Aann Haus, a 604sq.m. urban property, is programmed as a sustainable live-relax unit with the concept of open space to set a feeling of a luxurious resort at home. The most fundamental ambition that guided the architects for this typology was to bring out a mini-resort type home with an inside-outside open plan.
This urban plot is designed to be used as a vacation home. The house fuses the traditional with the modern. It provides a comfortable living space that allows you to enjoy an open space while setting the feeling of being in your mini-resort inside and outside of your home.

The old villa in the heart of the city, was entrusted to us to adorn a facelift.
The project centered on the client's requirement of growing and changing needs and to modernize the entire structure to characterize itself as a contemporary home. This gave the design team an opportunity to remodel the space and aesthetics with bold vibrant and enthusiastic statement, which also reflects to an everchanging contemporary surrounding and the Socio, cultural and economic aspirations of the client.
