122_BIC Individual villa in Pregny-Chambésy, GE
The project on chemin de Roilbot is located at the end of a charming lane, surrounded by a mix of houses and lush vegetation, giving it a tranquil atmosphere. The challenge presented by the project was to design a large villa for a family and grandmother on a small plot, all while adhering to a very tight budget.

Maison Saint-Laurent
The clients have tasked the studio with a project involving the expansion of a bourgeois house dating back to 1810, alongside the restructuring of its ground floor. Situated within a sprawling property resembling an "archipelago" with various buildings scattered across two hectares of land, the extension is envisioned as a cohesive addition to the overall setting.

Twin House
The house is located on an overcrowded residential area in Kouchi city. We planned the house to be filled up capacity of the premise whose size is width 6 meters * depth 17 meters.
We tried to reduce voids to keep the building coverage ratio less than 60%.
On the other hand the void which occupies about 40% of the premise is used as a parking area for two cards, a courtyard which includes stairs and a terrace.
The house is filled up capacity of the premise. So it is concerned that the house gives a feeling of pressure to neighbors and that ventilation and sunshine lighting through the courtyard because the outer wall is high.
