Villa de Maître

The transformation of this mansion has been carried out in full respect of its existing architecture. Contemporarily renovated, the interior surfaces have been reorganized around the reception hall, the true heart of the house. Thomas Jantscher The addition of a terrace on the 1st floor has allowed the creation of a winter garden on the ground floor. Entirely glazed, it offers an unobstructed view of a huge garden laid out according to a project by Julian Dowle, an English landscape gardener, as well as of the lake. Thomas Jantscher Everything in this house has been imagined to allow a different use of the premises according to the day's programme. From the gym and swimming pool, to the formal reception, to family life and serva... More

Villa individuelle à Buchillon

The offset of the elongated volumes that make up the building, as well as the treatment of the openings and the articulation of the rooms, allow the creation of a multitude of intimate spaces with diverse ambiances, linked together by magnificent through views, the result of a transparency that constantly connects the interiors with the environment. Thomas Jantscher The purity of the lines, a very calm palette of materials and very elaborate details give the house its style, elegant and contemporary at the same time, hiding the latest generation technologies. Two Lakes Residence

We had a pleasure to work on the project of a private residence in a pristine birch forest in the south of Poland. Designed and executed with the utmost care, the residence became a private sanctuary, distant from the haste of the client’s everyday life. A small number of very specific functional requirements, as well as a study of the client's other residences, served as a foundation of a truly bespoke design. The client asked f... More

Warm and Modern with Sky Tunnel Fireplace

Pack your bags, today we are heading out to the Netherlands! The Villa Aan De Vect is a beautiful modern home designed by the architectural firm HOGO from Helmon, in the Netherlands. The home, inside and out, incorporates the clean lines and neutral tones that we’ve come to expect from modern design. However, the designers were able to sprinkle in a few traditional elements such as muted still-life paintings, representational sculpture, and a reclaimed wood table that could hold the dinner conversation all on its own. The Villa Aan De Vect transitions between traditional and modern style with an elegant ease — both time periods resting comfortably on the strong shoulders of great design.Read the full story on the Eu... Villa Al Manara

The undeveloped lots along Beach Road in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach district offer an opportunity to nestle villas behind garden walls and help owners fulfill their dreams of a true 21st century home within a vast neighborhood of more traditional villas. However, with garden walls a normal entity, the “street appeal” of villas makes one look just like another. This is an opportunity for more conservative clients to build to their hearts’ desire. The Al Manara villa is a distinct example of modern architecture with a generous 10,000 GSF plan. The materials include ashlar patterned slate sliding, stain-less steel and broad expanses of glass to allow views and light to penetrate into the living areas of the villa. More
