MAAN Villa is an exploration of the relationship between dwelling, nature, and tranquility within a suburban context. The project is shaped by a minimalist yet sensory approach that prioritizes spatial quality, natural light, and the experience of inhabitation over formal expression and visual complexity. (Open Morphology)The project originated from a fundamental question:How can a house be designed to accommodate several generations of a family, while safeguarding individual privacy and autonomy? A dwelling that is not merely a shelter, but a platform for diverse activities, social interactions, and the creation of shared memories. Ferdowsi cultural center

Kheradsara is both a destination for members and home to the different events. We believe that it should be a connection between the locals, Shahname, and culture. The volume is transparent on the southern side. The vertical is followed by the horizontal void that turns into a yard, turning the closed spaces into semi-open and open spaces. The lobby on the bottom of the void connects the Amphitheaters to the gallery and yard. More
