Master plan design

Located on the southern coast of Tobago, the project proposes the development of a resort embedded within a natural landscape characterized by white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and extensive coastal mangroves. The master plan begins with a clear premise: allowing the existing landscape to structure the development while introducing an architecture that settles lightly within the territory through a minimal and respectful intervention. The Working Together Master Plan is located on 120 acres in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Home to a non-profit residential treatment facility, the organization’s principles became our design touchstone as we worked to create a campus that centers the occupant’s experience. The site was formerly a bastion of civic and liberal political community, a history whose continuity we sought to uphold in our plan.
