AMANELLI

Amanelli is a 57.76-hectare residential master plan near lake coatepeque that brings together housing, landscape, recreation, and community infrastructure within a single territorial system. The plan responds to the site's volcanic topography by concentrating development on suitable slopes, retaining steep and wooded areas, and connecting the project through water, vegetation, and public space. Two central lagoons, a network of ecological corridors, and distributed amenities organize a community where the experience of beach, mountain, and urban life coexist. Concept:  The master plan is generated by the volcanic geography surrounding Lake Coatepeque. Roads and development pads follow the site's changing contours, while two lagoo... More

Tobago Coastal Resort Master Plan

Located on the southern coast of Tobago, the project proposes the development of a resort embedded within a natural landscape characterized by white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and extensive coastal mangroves. The master plan begins with a clear premise: allowing the existing landscape to structure the development while introducing an architecture that settles lightly within the territory through a minimal and respectful intervention. PhiBa Architecture The project occupies a site of approximately 18.7 hectares and accommodates 500 guest rooms with a density of 26.7 rooms per hectare. The planning strategy deliberately limits the building footprint, ensuring that the natural landscape remains the dominant presence on the site. As... More

Working Together Campus

The Working Together Master Plan is located on 120 acres in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Home to a non-profit residential treatment facility, the organization’s principles became our design touchstone as we worked to create a campus that centers the occupant’s experience. The site was formerly a bastion of civic and liberal political community, a history whose continuity we sought to uphold in our plan. Caption Caption Designed as a cluster, the extensive plan carefully balances landscape with building access and adjacencies. In the process, we navigated the complexities of civic and geotechnic constraints, responding to the intent and mission of an existing land easement. The building designs include adaptive reu...
