Built into the base of a coastal cliff in Turkey, CLIFF VILLA is a 400 m² residence that treats architecture as a continuation of the landscape rather than an intrusion on it. Designed by NUTRO studio for a young couple seeking privacy and proximity to the sea, the three-bedroom home reveals itself gradually — first the rock, then the architecture emerging beneath its overhang. The architectural proposal for the new day care centre in Alaior, designed for 30 users, takes shape as a compact single-storey building organised around a central landscaped courtyard that acts as the spatial and environmental core of the project. This interior void is not understood as residual space, but rather as a true architectural element that structures circulation, supports orientation, and accompanies the building’s daily life through natural light, ventilation, and a constant relationship with the outdoors. The residence is located in Mochlos, eastern Crete, set against the dramatic terrain of the Sitia Mountains and opening towards the sea. It is the first completed residence within an overall design for three independent villas. Comprising approximately 150 sq.m. of interior space, this first residence was completed in 2024, while the two additional villas are planned to be realised at a later stage. Located in Zicatela, Oaxaca, on the southwest coast of Mexico, within the conurbation of Puerto Escondido, this building stood in a place of high tourist demand and was ideal for recreation. With a population of 45,000 inhabitants, this city stood out for its recreational and surfing beaches, its gastronomy, its orography, its vernacular architecture, and its bohemian charm. Mormaiquel House, a rustic house located in Biniagual, a small town of about 15 houses and 20 inhabitants in the interior of Mallorca that has its origin in the Arab period. It is an isolated single-family home for a local couple and numerous animals on a 35,000m2 rustic plot surrounded by vineyards, with mountain views.
