PANAMERICANA HOUSE
The Panamericana house is composed of two overlapping horizontal blocks, with different materials. The metal brise soleil on the facades allow residents to control the degree of lighting, ventilation and privacy throughout the day, which can vary greatly. The same brise soleil used on the facades were also used indoors to control the degree of integration of rooms, such as living room and home theater. Using the same design reasoning in both outside and inside exemplifies the same importance we give to architecture and interior creations. Everything must be in harmony. BENTO HOUSE
Like a metallic container placed above exposed concrete walls, this house establishes two types of relationship with the surroundings. The upper floor can be closed 100% to block sunlight, guarantee privacy and acoustically isolate intimate spaces. But, if chosen, the facade opens at strategic points for lighting and ventilation.

The ground floor, in the opposite way, opens up to the garden a fluid way. The notion of inside and outside is weakened by the large glass openings, while the furniture establishes a harmonious dialogue between architecture and the Brazilian design of the pieces. Renovation of the Republic Complex
In the southwest of France, facing the Pyrenees Mountain, the “Complexe de la République” built in 1975 in Pau, had been declining for several years due to the dilapidation of its covered market, flanked by a squat office building in very poor condition. After an international competition, the Ameller Dubois’s studio project was chosen by proposing a global response, taking charge of all the ambitions raised by this operation, both in terms of image and use, architecture, and urban planning, dedicated to the Pau’s population. The project's exceptional location has been rediscovered as a destination, attractive and seductive, to bring the district back to life.
