NENSI DOJAKA SHOWROOM MILANO
Moitié Studio reinvents the interior of the opulent red room of Palazzo Borromeo d'Adda for the presentation of the new RTW Collection by Nensi Dojaka during Milano Fashion Week.
A powder-colored limbo, created by a system of 3-meter-high wings, allows a glimpse of the historical context of the room, neutralizing its most distinctive features and colors making the display of the collection the protagonist.
The room perimeter is enriched by customized hangers designed by Giorgia Rossi and Francesco Gennaro, souls of Moitiè Studio. Diagonal shapes retrieve Dojaka style creating a dynamic perspective in which the mannequins covered in natural lines are placed.

The railway yard of Porta Romana is one of Milan's urban promises. It stands as a hub of excellence where the urban regeneration of industrial properties sets an exemplary standard for all. The Foundation Prada, drawing visitors from around the world, contributes to this reputation, enhanced by the fame of OMA.
The future Olympic Village represents a challenge in establishing a renewed relationship between the natural and the artificial. The WIP project aligns with this context of transformation and renewal. With a minimalist aesthetic, it encompasses a commercial building of approximately 1,000 square meters constructed on a plot of about 1,700 square meters, in close proximity to the Symbiosis project.

The Green One
In San Donato Milanese, a modern neighborhood is emerging within the Metanopoli area, covering an area of over 80,000 square meters at the border with Milan. The first phase, including approximately 120 apartments, most of which have already been sold, has commenced, and additional residences will follow, totaling around 500 dwellings. The courageous choice has been made to "inhabit the border," adding substance and dignity to this new gateway of San Donato with a project offering various services beyond a monofunctional approach, contributing to a neighborhood characterized by high diversity.

Hotel Morfeo
Viale Certosa, Piazzale Accursio: one of the fundamental hubs of Milan, the paradigm of a renewed urban landscape. The new Hotel Morfeo, recently reopened to the public, whose renovation was overseen by WiP, is certainly a turning point in hospitality that completely renews the image of the old Hotel Accademia from the 1980s. It has been a meticulous job that combines formality and dream, domestic space and business, contemporary design and scenic eclecticism.
