In San Donato Milanese, a modern neighborhood is emerging within the Metanopoli area, covering an area of over 80,000 square meters at the border with Milan. The first phase, including approximately 120 apartments, most of which have already been sold, has commenced, and additional residences will follow, totaling around 500 dwellings. The courageous choice has been made to "inhabit the border," adding substance and dignity to this new gateway of San Donato with a project offering various services beyond a monofunctional approach, contributing to a neighborhood characterized by high diversity.

This endeavor stems from the idea of revitalizing the real estate market, starting with post-pandemic reflections on the concept of living. Today, living also means working from home, and thus domestic space opens up to social interactions and energy efficiency. It's a challenge to create a new space at the city's doorstep, a domestic frontier. The goal is to reorganize post-industrial landscapes and establish a "third place," distinct from both suburbs and the breathless metropolis, where real estate values seem unattainable. Affirming a human scale of construction and a different community in the distribution of spaces, this endeavor envisions a future yet to be imagined.
