Quiet Home in the City

Shanghai is a fast-paced city. Yet, the faster the tempo of such a metropolis, the simpler people's expectations for their homes become.  Rather than originating from a predefined aesthetic style, the design seeks to re-establish a delicate balance between the trivialities of daily life and inner tranquility. The core objective of the intervention is to reorganize the relationship between the residents and their living environment, allowing various everyday rituals to unfold naturally.  The focal point of the space is not the television, but a long table and a fireplace.  The long table serves everyday dining while doubling as a dedicated hub for reading and conversation. Meanwhile, the fireplace acts as a centering anchor... More

Reframed Horizon Villa

Rather than starting from a blank site, this project began with a partially constructed reinforced-concrete frame that had been abandoned during construction. The existing structural system, together with an already-built swimming pool, established fixed conditions that could not be altered, transforming the project into an architectural exercise in adaptation rather than replacement. The greatest challenge was working within the limitations of a narrow structural footprint while fulfilling the client's request for a spacious contemporary family villa. The upper floor was required to accommodate three bedrooms despite the restricted width of the existing frame. Instead of modifying the primary structure, a carefully integrated one-meter ca... More

A Monolithic Coastal Boutique Hotel

The project is conceived as a monolithic coastal retreat where architecture is defined through continuity, simplicity, and material honesty. Rather than relying on rigid orthogonal geometry, the design is shaped by a sequence of soft, flowing curves that create a calm spatial experience while echoing the gradual erosion of coastal landscapes by wind and water. Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi The continuous geometry blurs the boundaries between walls, roofs, and outdoor spaces, allowing the building to read as a single sculpted form emerging naturally from its surroundings. Curved surfaces guide movement, frame views toward the sea, and generate shaded transitional spaces th... More

Minimalistic Office of Engineering Company

The office of the engineering company Di Energy is located in a new building in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. Its panoramic windows overlook the Dnipro River and the city’s right bank. The core idea of the project was to create a workspace that communicates order and clarity and, at the same time, functions as a showroom for the engineering systems the company supplies. Designed for a team of 12–16 people, the interior underwent a complete spatial rethink. The original layout of seven separate rooms connected by a long corridor was dismantled. The corridor was removed, and the space was reorganised according to the logic of daily workflows. The new plan includes an open workspace for engineers and project managers, a meeting... More

Luxury Beyond Limits

This villa was conceived in response to a unique challenge: creating a residence that conveys a strong sense of luxury and individuality despite strict limitations on the allowable built area. Rather than associating luxury with size, the project redefines it through spatial quality, openness, and the richness of everyday experience. The design process begins with a simple geometric volume positioned within the site's buildable footprint. From the earliest stages, the objective was to maximize the perception of space while maintaining a compact architectural form. Instead of expanding horizontally, the project develops through a series of strategic transformations that generate visual depth, outdoor living opportunities, and a strong conne... More

Le Clat Signature spa and salon

Set within a hustling urban context, this salon and spa reinterprets the wellness space through a dialogue between materiality and minimalism. The design explores the intersection of raw texture and refined geometry, an environment designed to evoke calm while subtly engaging the senses. Phosart Studio Phosart Studio Phosart Studio Phosart Studio Phosart Studio Phosart Studio The spatial language is defined by continuous earthy pastel toned surfaces that envelop walls and ceilings, creating a seamless, monolithic shell. Within this warm envelope, fragments of rough textured walls emerge like eroded geological forms, revealing a tactile contrast to the otherwise smooth spatial flow. The broken wall helps mainta... Casa Asteria

Architectural Concept: Cosmological Tectonics The project transcends the boundaries of a mere architectural object, emerging instead as an aesthetic manifestation of space and matter within the urban fabric of Tbilisi. The nomenclature ‘Casa Asteria’—etymologically rooted in the ‘stellar’—is not merely a poetic metaphor alluding to the structure’s luminous, ethereal geometry or its nocturnal exterior aesthetic. Rather, it stands as a literal declaration of the building's material provenance and tectonic essence. Here, architecture is conceived as the organised, rational reorganisation of stardust; every physical component, whether structural framework or surface cladding, is a direct product of ste... More

House of Iron Doors

House of Iron Doors What happens when the wall disappears and architecture becomes the boundary? Located in the hillside district of Okrokana overlooking Tbilisi, the House of Iron Doors reinterprets the typical residential condition of the area through an architecture of enclosure and controlled openness. The surrounding neighborhood is characterized by individual houses hidden behind high perimeter fences, creating a fragmented streetscape defined more by walls than by architecture. Instead of replicating this condition, the project proposes a different strategy: the house itself becomes the perimeter. The building forms a protective architectural envelope that encloses the site and generates a private interior landscape. Grigory Sok... More

Casa A

Casa A  The Barros plot of land does not yield easily. It is a score of inclinations, an irregular map that defies gravity. To the east, the strength of the stone wall raises the gaze; to the west, the streets draw the boundary. An urban void that clamored for infill, a blank canvas awaiting a gesture. Ivo Tavares studio Ivo Tavares studio The response was a whisper to the earth, not a shout. Instead of mastering the slope, we chose to listen to it and accompany it. The architecture was born from the modeling, from the idea of creating terraces and plateaus, like steps that lead us from chaos to order. Ivo Tavares studio Thus, the building is an organism that breathes with the ground. Two horizontal planes, simple in... More
